Delivery Service Cut Off Times
Orders must be placed by 1:00pm from Monday to Thursday, for delivery the following day (excludes deliveries during bank holidays).
Please note that orders placed on Fridays before 1:00pm with our Next Working Day delivery service, the delivery will be made on the following Monday (excludes deliveries during bank holidays).
Safe Place Deliveries
If you instruct the courier to leave your order in a designated safe place, or provide delivery instructions that result in the parcel being left unattended, responsibility for the parcel passes to you once the courier has delivered it in accordance with those instructions.
Wacker Direct cannot accept liability for any loss, theft, damage, delay or non-receipt of parcels where delivery has been completed in accordance with the customer's instructions or any amendments made by the customer directly with the courier after dispatch. Any claims relating to such deliveries should be raised directly with the courier.
